NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Enterprise Heritage of Scutches Barn, Whittlesford, Cambridgeshire, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 29/38/4/52 which authorises the abstraction of water from Chalk Aquifer at Hamels Park Farm, Hamels Lane. The variations being applied for are increased yield to serve 12 new homes, construction of new borehole and decommission existing borehole. A copy of the applications and any map, plans and other documents submitted with them may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Buntingford Library between 9.30 am to 5.00 pm between 20 October 2003 and 24 November 2003. Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Thames Region, Appollo Court, 2 Bishops Square, St Albans Road West, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9EX, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
