At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Prospect House, Footscray High Street, Footscray, Kent DA14 5NH, on 8 October 2003, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Nedim Patrick Ailyan of Begbies Traynor, Prospect House, Footscray High Street, Footscray, Kent DA14 5NH and David Paul Hudson of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” T J Petto
