WASTE GAS TECHNOLOGY UK LIMITED

The Supervisor of Waste Gas Technology UK Limited gives notice, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to declare a First and Final Dividend to the non-preferential unsecured Creditors of the Company within a period of 4 months from 5 November 2003. Creditors, who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Supervisor, Antony Robert Fanshawe, of 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, by the date mentioned above, which is the last day for submitting claims. A Creditor who does not make a claim by that date will not be included in the proposed Dividend.
