In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 5800 of 2003 In the Matter of DEREK HENDERSON & LINDA HENDERSON and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Derek Henderson & Linda Henderson, a Partnership whose principal place of business is 5 Ashwood, Hawthorn Rise, South Hetton, Durham, County Durham DH6 2RQ, presented on 12 September 2003 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 22 October 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 21 October 2003.
