Notice is hereby given that Portman Building Society, Register No 463B, whose principal office is at Portman House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6EP, desires to accept a transfer of the engagements of Staffordshire Building Society, Register No 541B, and that each society has applied to the Financial Services Authority to confirm the transfer. Any interested party may make written representations to the Financial Services Authority and/or give notice of intention to make oral representations to the Financial Services Authority with respect to the application.
