Notice of Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I, Derek A Jeal of Parkway House, Pityme Business Centre, St Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall PL27 6NU, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the above-named Company within 4 months of 1 October 2003. Creditors who have not yet done so are required on or before this date to submit details of their claims with such evidence supporting the amount claimed as is available. Creditors who do not prove their claims by the final date for proving will be excluded from the benefit of such distribution and be unable to disturb its payment by reason of their non-participation.
