Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Third Floor, Norwich House, Savile Street, Hull HU1 3ES, on 4 November 2003, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the conduct of the Liquidation and of how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and considering the release of the Liquidators as such.
