PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Announcement to the Members of the following: Sealed Air Limited (1994) Category A Retirement Scheme; Sealed Air Limited (1994) Category B Retirement Scheme; Sealed Air Limited Cambridge Retirement Scheme; Sealed Air (FPD) Limited Telford Category A Retirement Scheme; Sealed Air (FPD) Limited Telford Category B Retirement Scheme; and Sealed Air Hereford Paper Ltd Pension Scheme. The Trustees now wish to complete the winding-up of the Plan and have contacted all known beneficiaries of the Scheme. If any person believes that they have an entitlement under the Scheme and that such entitlement, claim against or interest in the Scheme might not have been taken into account, then such persons should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Scheme by writing to the address below on or before 10 October 2003. Any correspondence should be addressed in writing to: Simon Belton, Hymans Robertson, 6th Floor, 120 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2ED. After that date the Trustees will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme and distribution of the assets having regards only to the claims and interests of which they have notice.
