NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Danone Waters (UK and Ireland) Ltd, of 7 High Street, Ealing, London W5 5DW, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary Licence Serial No 28/39/28/462 which authorises the abstraction of water Chalk Aquifer at National Grid Ref SP 9657 1149, SP 9659 1155, SP 9663 1153, SP 9670 1152 at Toms Hill, Aldbury, Tring. The variations being applied for is to change the hourly rate from 21.82 cubic metres to 28.76 cubic metres per hour. No change to daily or weekly or annual usage. Used for bottled drinking water. A copy of the applications and any map, plans and other documents submitted with them may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Reception at Toms Hill Estate, Albury, Tring, between 10 September 2003 and 9 October 2003. Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Team Leader (Regulation Team) Environment Agency, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, St Albans Road West, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9EX, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
