LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 2 September 2003, Search Private Equity II Limited transferred to Search Private Equity Holdings Limited all of the interest held by it in Graphite Capital Partners V ‘A’ (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP 6363 and that with effect from such date, Seach Private Equity II Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner and Search Private Equity Holdings Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
