Notice is hereby given that the Corporation of London intends to dispose of land to the Royal Bank of Scotland Trust Company (Jersey) Limited and RSBI Trust Company Limited for incorporation into the redevelopment of the building known as Austral House, 35 Basinghall Avenue, London EC2 for which planning permission was granted on 2 November 2001 (Registered Plan No 01-2511AW). The land, which comprises a public open space and an area of approximately square metres, lies immediately to the south of Austral House. A plan identifying the land and open space may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Town Clerk, Corporation of London, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ, from 9.15 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Any representations or objections regarding the disposal of the open space may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to The Town Clerk, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London EC2 2EJ, not later than Thursday 2 October 2003. 2 September 2003.
