Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 9 October 2002, Investment Management Group transfered to Vencap International Inc its entire interest as a Limited Partner in The European E-Commerce Fund B (the “Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered with number LP006458 and that with effect from 9 October 2002 Investment Management Group ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Vencap International Inc became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
