NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by BJ Homes for consent to discharge unspecified volume of sewage in an emergency to the River Tawe, at National Grid Ref SS 66830 96345, from Beafort Reach. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency Wales, Glan Tawe, 154 St Helens Road, Swansea SA1 4DF no later than 6 weeks from today, quoting Ref BP0313501. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency Wales, Llys Afon, Hawthorn Rise, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 2BQ.
