Property: The property situated at 4 Barton House Farm, Shutford as the same is delineated and edged blue on a plan held by the Treasury Solicitor under Ref BV 202 3892/2/KW, which is available for inspection at the office of the Treasury Solicitor, being part of the land comprised in the above-mentioned Title. Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS (DX 123240 St James’s Park). 2. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaim the Crown’s tile (if any) in the property, the vesting of the property having come to her notice on 30 August 2002.
