The Company known as Polestar Varnicoat Limited, Terrace Road, Pinvin, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 2DN, has applied to Wychavon District Council for a permit to operate for the production of text and images, by the transfer of more than 500 tonnes per annum of ink and solvent onto paper using coated and engraved copper cylinders. The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment. The application has been placed on the public register held at Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT, and can be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours. Any written comments on the application should be made to the Wychavon District Council at the above address within 28 days of this advertisement. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement that this is not to be done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
