At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 2-3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE, on 20 August 2003, the following Extraordinary Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that G W Rhodes, of Begbies Traynor, 2-3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” M T Shrubb, Director
