The Company known as Jaguar Cars Limited, Halewood Operations, Liverpool L24 9BJ has applied to Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Cherryfield Drive, Kirkby, Knowsley, Merseyside L32 1TX, for a new permit, under integrated pollution prevention and control, to operate its existing vehicle paint pre-treatment and vehicle painting operations at the address above. The application contains inter alia a description of the process and any foreseeable significant effects of emissions on the environment. A copy of the application is available for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours, at the offices of the Knowsley Metropolitan Council address above. Written representations in respect of the application may be sent to the Council at the address above within 28 days of the date of this advertisement. All representations will be placed on the public register unless a representation contains a written request to the contrary. If there is such a request, the register will include only a statement that a representation has been made which is not on the register because of such a request.
