THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PARKING PLACES) (NO  ) ORDER 200
WESTBOURNE PARK VILLAS

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to: (a) relocate the residents parking place on the south side of Westbourne Park Villas outside No 4 to the north side of Westbourne Park Villas and extend it by 2.7 metres; (b) provide that in respect of the residents parking places, that the classes of vehicles for which they would be available, the hours during which they would operate and all the time limits during which vehicles may be left in the parking place would remain unchanged. 3. The Order, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Parkman Ltd., Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Department of Planning and Transportation, telephone number 020 7641 1956. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Parkman Ltd., Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, quoting Ref 1001896/1504/ORD/2939/KL, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
