Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter is to be held at the offices of Hacker Young and Partners, St James Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6HT, on 7 August 2003, at 11.00 am, to consider our proposals under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, to consider establishing a Creditor’s Committee, and to approve the remuneration of the Joint Administrators which is to be on a time cost basis. A proxy form is available which should be completed and returned to me at Hacker Young and Partners, St James Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6HT, by 6 August 2003, if you cannot attend the Meeting and wish to be represented. In order to be entitled to vote at the Meeting you must give to me, not later than 12.00 noon on 6 August 2003, details in writing of your claim.
