Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of E J Krause & Associates (UK) LLC, will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 31 Carlton Crescent, Southampton SO15 2EW, on 21 August 2003, at 2.30 pm, to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place.
