At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Wigan Investment Centre, Waterside Drive, Wigan WN3 5BA, on 5 July 2003, at 10.30 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that W K Dawson, of Deloitte & Touche, 201 Deansgate, Manchester M60 2AT, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” H Costello, Chairman Note. The Company is not insolvent. All known Creditors have been, or will be, paid in full.
