At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1U 3LL, on 1 July 2003, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Malcolm Cohen and Anthony Peter Supperstone, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1U 3LL, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally.” T W P Simpson, Chairman
