Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 17 June 2003, CIT Group Plc transferred to Matrix Alban Gate Limited all of the interests held by it in the The Alban Gate Partnership (“the Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP7187 and that with effect from 17 June 2003 CIT Group Plc ceased to be a Limited Partner and Matrix Alban Gate Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
