NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991, SECTION 58, MAJOR RESURFACING WORKS

The London Borough of Hackney hereby gives adequate notice for the following streets that will undergo major carriageway works in accordance with section 58 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991. Carriageway Schedule:

1 Lordship Park Reconstruction Green Lanes to Lordship Road 6 October 2003
Subject to the exemptions in the Act and regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from the completion of the works described above, without the consent of this Authority, which is not to be unreasonably withheld.
