Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of The Doctors Laboratory No. 2 Scheme (“the Scheme”) that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme. If you were a Member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not received a letter from the Trustees of the Scheme dated 29 October 2002, or been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme to The Trustees of The Doctors Laboratory No. 2 Scheme, 58 Wimpole Street, London W1G 8LQ, so as to reach that address on or before Friday 22 August 2003. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme.
