At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Old Cottage Hospital, Alexandra Road, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4BL, on 5 June 2003, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that M S E Solomons, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” R A Stott, Director
