LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 2 June 2003, Tudor Hawthorn Fund Limited transferred to Tudor Hawthorn TDR Investment Ltd all of the interest held by it in TDR Capital Co-investment L.P. (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP8574 and that accordingly with effect from 2 June 2003 Tudor Hawthorn Fund Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner and Tudor Hawthorn TDR Investment Ltd became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
