Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ratcliffe & Co, Unit 6, Lockside Office Park, Lockside Road, Preston PR2 2YS, on 30 May 2003, at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on the business day immediately prior to the Meeting. S A Clark, Liquidator 25 April 2003.
