STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY, PART OF BOTTON ROAD, TATHAM, CITY OF LANCASTER

Notice is hereby given that the application due to be made by the Lancashire County Council, being the Highway Authority, to the Magistrates Court sitting at George Street, Lancaster, on Friday 9 May 2003, at 10.45 am, for an Order authorising the stopping-up of a length of Botton Road, Tatham, City of Lancaster, a total length of 680 metres, has been withdrawn.
