THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACE) (DISABLED PERSONS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (NO 3) ORDER 2003
SIXTH AVENUE

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council, on 9 April 2003, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Parking Place Order will be to: (a) Shorten by one space a 4—hour shared use/pay and display parking place in Sixth Avenue: (b) in respect of the 4—hour shared use/pay and display parking place, the charges for its use, the classes of vehicles for which it will be available, the hours during which it will operate and all the time limites during which the vehicles may be left in the parking place will remain unchanged. 3. The general effect of the Disabled Persons Parking Place Order will be to provide a disabled persons personal permit place on the east side of Sixth Avenue, which will be available for the use of vehicles which display a Westminster disabled permit issued in repect of that parking place without charge or time limit. 4. The Orders will come into force for the purpose of placing of traffic signs, etc. 11 April 2003, and into force for all other purposes on 14 April 2003. 5. The Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection betwen 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, in Parkman Ltd., Third Floor, Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, until 21 May 2003. 6. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to either of the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 21 April 2003.
