PERFORMANCE SHOPPING CENTRE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

(Registered in England and Wales—No LP008006) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that State Street Trustees Limited, being a Limited Partner in Performance Shopping Centre Limited Partnership (“the Partnership”), assigned its interest in the Partnership to Capita Trust Company Limited (as Trustees of the Strathclyde Pension Fund Property Unit Trust) on 19 March 2003, thereby ceasing to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
