HIGHWAYS 1980 ACT SECTION 116 AND SCHEDULE 12

Notice is hereby given that application will be made by Flintshire County Council, to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Law Courts, Civic Centre, Mold, Flintshire, on Thursday 8 May 2003 at 10.30 am for an Order that a certain highway, being neither a trunk road nor a special road, in the community of Whitford, described in the Schedule hereto and shown by zebra hatching on the plan mentioned below, shall be authorised to be stopped up, for the purposes of all traffic, on the ground that such parts are unnecessary. The plan mentioned above may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the offices of the County Secretary, Room 1348, County Hall, Mold, Flintshire, and during opening hours at Carmel Post Office, Arfryn, Allt y Golch, Carmel, Flintshire.
