REVISION OF ON-STREET PARKING
Notice is hereby given that on 4 April 2003, the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea made the above Orders, the general effect of which will be as follows: Provide a blue badge disabled bay outside No 80 Earl’s Court Road by converting a pay and display bay; Introduce 8 metres of At Any Time waiting restrictions outside No 1 Pembroke Mews; Convert four pay and display bays to residents’ parking spaces opposite Nos 7-11 Pembroke Square; Rearrange the parking layout by converting the residents’ parking space outside No 2 Exhibition Road to At Any Time waiting restriction, and relocating the bay to outside No 12 Exhibition Road by converting the existing At Any Time waiting restriction; Convert a residents’ parking space to a doctors’ parking bay outside Malvern Court, Pelham Street; Introduce At Any Time waiting restrictions across the two vehicular entrances to Pond House, Pond Place for a distance of 6 metres opposite No 2 a and 7 metres opposite Nos 8-10 Pond Place; Convert a residents’ parking space to a diplomatic parking bay opposite Nos 38-40 Walton Street; Introduce 24 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction outside Nos 112-116 Campden Hill Road; Convert a residents’ parking space to a diplomatic parking bay outside No 60 Palace Gardens Terrace; Convert a diplomatic parking bay to a residents’ parking space outside No 25 De Vere Gardens; Convert a pay and display bay to a blue badge disabled bay opposite Nos 43-44 Stanhope Gardens; Provide a three-space solo motorcycle bay opposite No 17 Nevern Square, and a three-space solo motorcycle bay outside No 28 Nevern Square, by converting single yellow line; Introduce 5 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction outside Nos 1-17 Beach House at 77-82 Philbeach Gardens; Introduce a total of 33 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction on the west side of Blagrove Road and the south side of Acklam Road commencing from a point outside No 1 Blagrove Road; Introduce a total of 35 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction at the Draycott Avenue/Fulham Road/Sloane Avenue junction commencing from a point opposite the side of No 315 Fulham Road in Draycott Avenue; Convert a pay and display bay to a diplomatic parking bay outside No 17 Sprimont Place; Introduce 10 metres of At Any Time waiting restrictions across the vehicular entrance to the Wesley Square off street car park in Lancaster Road; Convert 6 residents’ parking spaces to pay and display bays outside Nos 133-135 Oxford Gardens; Convert a solo motorcycle bay to a residents’ parking space outside No 30 Ladbroke Grove; Introduce At Any Time waiting restriction in Portobello Road from its junction with Chepstow Villas (a) on the south-west side southwards for a distance of 100 metres and (b) on the north-east side southwards for a distance of 71 metres; Introduce 2 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction outside the entrance to No 50 c Cornwall Gardens; Convert a residents’ parking space outside No 82 Queen’s Gate Mews to single yellow line and provide two residents’ parking spaces outside Nos 83 and 84 Queen’s Gate Mews; Introduce 1 residents’ parking space at the side of No 25 Redcliffe Street in Finborough Road; Introduce 6 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction outside the vehicular entrance to the underground car park of Verney House, Hollywood Road; Introduce 50 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction on the south side of South Bolton Gardens from its junction with The Little Boltons; Introduce 6 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction outside the vehicular entrance to No 490 King’s Road in Langton Street; Introduce 6 metres of At Any Time waiting restriction outside the vehicular entrance to No 115 Old Church Street. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation for the purposes of placing traffic signs on 7 April 2003, and for all other purposes on 22 April 2003, and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in the Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Directorate of Transportation and Highways on 020 7361 2519. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
