NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO STOP-UP PART OF THE HIGHWAY LAND ADJACENT TO 66 MANOR GARDENS, BUCKDEN, CAMBRIDGESHIRE

Take note that Cambridgeshire County Council, the Local Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Huntingdon Magistrates Court sitting at Market Hill, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, on Thursday 8 May 2003, at 10.00 am, for an Order that part of the Public Highway adjacent to 66 Manor Gardens, Buckden, be stopped-up on the ground that it is unnecessary. A plan showing by yellow colouring the land which is the subject of the application may be inspected at Huntingdon Public Library (Reference Department), Princes Street, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 3PH, during: Monday closed; Tuesday 10.00 am to 5.30 pm; Wednesday 10.00 am to 5.30 pm; Thursday 10.00 am to 5.30 pm; Friday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm; and Saturday 9.30 am to 4.00 pm.
