Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Mercer & Hole, International Press Centre, 76 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3JB, on 21 May 2003, at 10.30 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s report, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its assets disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
