In the High Court  No 1145 of 1991 MOHINDER SINGH LOTAY Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Bankrupt intends paying a Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Bankrupt are required, on or before Monday 25 April 2003, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, S Gilmore, Lawrence Grant Gilmore, 9 High Street, Elstree, Hertfordshire WD6 3BY, Trustee of the Bankrupt, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, this or any other Dividend declared before their debt is proved.
