Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, Friars Courtyard, 30 Princes Street, Ipswich IP1 1RJ, on 23 April 2003 at 2.15 pm and 2.30 pm respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of directing the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or a Creditor of the Company.
