Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company, New House, Suite 24, 67-68 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JY, on 30 May 2003, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up.
