Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Partnership, will be held at Baker Tilly, Brazennose House, Lincoln Square, Manchester M2 5BL, on 24 April 2003, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Partnership disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Partnership. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Baker Tilly, Brazennose House, Lincoln Square, Manchester M2 5BL, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
