A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section (b) 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine the Liquidator’s release. The Meeting will be held at 5 Bassett Wood Drive, Southampton SO16 3PT, on 23 April 2003, at 10.00 am.
