THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200
PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINE WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN CUCKOO LANE, DRAYTON BRIDGE ROAD AND GREENFORD AVENUE, EALING

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be: (a) to increase the single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at all times in Cuckoo Lane, on both sides, between the western kerbline of Greenford Avenue and a point 18.29 metres west of that kerbline; (b) to increase the single yellow line waiting restrictions in Drayton Bridge Road, on both sides at its junction with Greenford Avenue to double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at all times and to extend these from the eastern kerbline of Greenford Avenue to the commom boundary of Nos 1 and 3 Drayton Bridge Road; and to increase the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in Greenford Avenue, on its west side, double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at all times in Greenford Avenue, on its east side, between a point 3.5 metres south of the common boundary of Nos 64 and 66 Greenford Avenue and a point 1.75 metres south of the common boundary of Nos 80 and 82-84 Greenford Avenue to double yellow lines applying at all times. 3. The Order, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Parkman Ltd., 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing London W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Parkman, telephone no 020 8326 3020. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Parkman Ltd., 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, quoting Ref 1000621/262/sjc until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
