THE EALING (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003
PROPOSED 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN ASHBOURNE ROAD, AUDLEY ROAD, BEAUFORT ROAD, BOILEAU ROAD, CHATSWORTH RISE, CHATSWORTH ROAD, CONNELL CRESCENT, CORRINGWAY, HANGER GREEN (THE NORTH TO SOUTH ARM), HANGER GREEN (THE NORTH-EAST TO SOUTH-WEST ARM), HANGER VALE LANE (SOUTH-WEST OF ITS JUNCTION WITH MONKS DRIVE), HEATHCROFT ROAD, ROTHERWICK HILL, THE RIDINGS AND THE SERVICE ROAD FRONTING RITZ PARADE, WEST ACTON

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing propose to make the above-mentioned Order under section 84 and Parts I to III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit in Ashbourne Road, Audley Road, Beaufort Road, Boileau Road, Chatsworth Rise, Chatsworth Road, Connell Crescent, Corringway, Hanger Green (the north to south arm), Hanger Green (the north-east to south-west arm), Hanger Vale Lane (south-west of its junction with Monks Drive), Heathcroft Road, Rotherwick Hill, The Ridings and the service road fronting Ritz Parade, West Acton.
3. The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Parkman Ltd., Third Floor, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.

5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Parkman Ltd., 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, quoting Ref Hanger Hill area/sjc until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
