ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE A68 TRUNK ROAD (ROCHESTER) (RESTRICTION)

Notice is hereby given that The Secretary of State for Transport has made an Order under sections 82(2), 83(1) and 84(1)(a) and (2) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A68 Trunk Road in the county of Northumberland which comes into force on 24 March 2003. The effect of the Order is as described in Issue Number 56846 of The London Gazette dated 13 February 2003, (Ref 498). A copy of the Order and the relevant plan have been deposited at the offices of Northumberland County Council, County Hall, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 2EF, where they may be inspected during normal office hours until Friday 2 May 2003. The documents may also be seen at or obtained by application from the office of the Director, The Highways Agency, PO Box 206, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4UR, quoting Ref HA 28/1/59.
