NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO STOP UP AN UNNAMED HIGHWAY AND LAND DESIGNATED AS HIGHWAY IN THE VICINITY OF 206-252 BUTCHERS ROAD, CANNING TOWN, LONDON E16
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Newham, being the highway authority, intends to make application to Magistrates’ sitting at Stratford Magistrates’ Court, 389-397 High Street, Stratford, London E15 on Wednesday 23 April 2003, at 2.00 pm for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, that an unnamed highway and land designated as highway in the vicinity of 206-252 Butchers Road, Canning Town, London E16 be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary. The effect of the said Order is shown on a drawing which may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Council at Newham Town Hall, Barking Road, East Ham, London E6 2RP and also at Canning Town South Housing Office, 20 Freemasons Road, Canning Town, London E16 3NA between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, on weekdays (except Saturdays and Bank Holidays).
