A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Debtor has been summoned by the Liquidator under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s final report, and agreeing the Liquidator’s release from office. The Meeting will be held at Ernst & Young LLP, Citygate, St James’ Boulevard, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4JD, on 23 April 2003, at 10.30 am. A form of proxy must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 22 April 2003, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
