THE BIRMNGHAM CITY COUNCIL (WARWICK ROAD ACOCKS GREEN) (A41 CLASSIFIED ROAD) (SIDE ROADS AND OTHER WORKS) ORDER 2003

Birmingham City Council hereby give notice that they have made, and submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation, an Order under sections 14 and 125 of the Highways Act 1980, authorising the Council to: (a) improve highways (including raising, lowering or otherwise altering), (b) stop up private means of access to premises, and (c) provide new means of access to said premises. all on or in the vicinity of the route of the classified road known as the A41 Warwick Road which the Council are proposing to improve between a point in line with the north-west boundary of No 887 Warwick Road for a distance of 430 metres in a south-easterly direction to a point in line with the south-east boundary of No 1019 Warwick Road. Copies of the Order and of the relevant plan may be inspected, free of charge, at all reaonable hours from 13 March 2003 at the offices of Birmingham City Council at the Legal Services Department, Ingleby House, 11-14 Cannon Street, Birmingham B2 5EN and Acocks Green Library, Shirley Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham B27 7XH. Any person may, not later than 9 May 2003, object to the confirmation of the Order by notice to the Secretary of State for Transport, Government Office for the North East, Local Authority Orders Section, Wellbar House, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4TD stating the gounds of their objection.
