THE BARNET (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order will ban the following vehicle movements: entering the gap in the new central reserve from Forumside to turn right into the north-westbound carriageway of High Street, Edgware; entering the gap in the new central reserve from the south-eastbound carriageway of High Street to turn right into the north-westbound carriageway of High Street Edgware. A copy of the proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the Councils statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is publised at: (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ.
