NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that David Joseph Jackson, of 12 High Street, Doddington, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 0TF, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from main drains and farm dykes at, between and contiguous to the following National Grid References: TL 3655 8914 and TL 3669 8963 and TL 3681 8964 and TL 3700 8923; TL 3730 8970 and TL 3766 8974; TL 3772 8972 and TL 3775 8934 and TL 3786 8936; Tl 3790 8937 and TL 3788 8901; TL 3807 8937 and TL 3805 8903; TL 3817 8904 and TL 3847 8952 and TL 3825 8908; TL 3817 8964 and TL 3845 8978, all at Dyke Moor and land between Dykemoor Drove and Beezling Fen Drove, Beezling Fen, Doddington parish, Fenland district, Cambridgeshire. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 27.3 cubic metres per hour, 273.0 cubic metres per day and 2,270 cubic metres per year between 1 April and 30 September each year for spray irrigation purposes. The application is to renew Licence Serial No 6/33/53/S/582, which expires on 30 September 2003. A copy of the application and any map, plans or other documents may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at 12 High Street, Doddington, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 0TF, between 14 March and 11 April 2003.
