(t/a F R H Precision Patterns) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company and a General Meeting of Creditors will be held, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up since 20 February 2002, the date of Liquidation, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meetings will be held at Spearing & Co, 2 Bennett Drive, Myton Grange, Warwick CV34 6QJ, on 30 April 2003, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her stead. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
