A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purposes of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR, on 8 April 2003, at 11.30 am. To entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, a form of proxy which, if intended to be used, must be lodged with me, together with a completed proof of debt (unless a proof of debt has already been lodged), by not later than 12.00 noon on 7 April 2003.
